New Power Partners

New Power Partners was established in 2015 by Tonni V. Bager and Thomas L. Gellert. Peter Forsberg joined the company in 2016 as Managing Director.

The founding partners have been working in the offshore wind industry since 2008 in positions ranging from hands-on- experience as site manager and project manager to director levels.

Our motto “Power to Projects” is based on our desire to improve project planning and execution returns with experienced and well-proven experts who have been tested on projects before and who have been recognized not only for their technical and operational achievements already but also for their desire to make a positive difference and become a natural integrated part of the project organization.

We focus on the project’s operational power and ability to react timely in a fast-phased decision making environment.

That’s why we believe we bring “Power to Projects” through our founding values: Dedication, Flexibility, and openness.

The values are reflected in the employees work mentality as well, which creates a culture of good teamwork and readiness to change to the dynamic environment.

In 2016, the sister company Site Solution Partners was established to support onshore activities such as site facilities and accommodation solutions. Read more about their skills and competencies here.

Today, New Power Partners employs 65+ employees, majority taken part in a larger project organization that consists of several companies. However, we are looking at massive growth, and expect to welcome many more new colleagues during the next years.

New Power Partners have offices in Denmark, Taiwan and USA, and currently in the setup of more office throughout the world.
