Nykøbing F. Port
Nykøbing Falster Port is owned by Guldborgsund Municipality, but administered by Guldborgsund Ports. It includes Orehoved Port, Gedser Fishing Port and Stubbekøbing Port. Nykøbing Falster Port is located in Nykøbing town next to Guldborgsund and is close to the E47 / E55 motorway and the railway. The harbor can be accessed by vessels of up to a maximum of 129 meters in length and 20 meters beam. The deep- est allowed draft is 5.80 meters.
Access to Nykøbing Falster Port by sea is via Guldborgsund situated between Lolland and Falster. Quay availability in Nykøbing Falster Port constitutes a total of 1.2 km. spread over the northern west coast of Falster. The water depth in the harbor is 6.1 meters. In total, the harbor has approximatively 100,000 m2 port area, most of which is rented out. There is also a large area for loading and unloading, as well as possibility for open storage. Nykøbing Falster is a modern city with good shopping opportunities, ne dining, hospital / medical center and various banks.
